Marine technicians make their living by repairing boats and motors. Most of the people you talk to in a marine facility are either salesmen or service writers. Technicians are exposed to what fails on a daily basis. We have designed a system that enables you to talk these mechanics over the phone so they can help you resolve any issue you have with your boat. This is how the system works: you email a brief description of the problem that you have encountered along with all the corresponding work orders (if any). We will then determine which one of our technicians is best qualified to answer your questions. The technician will then review your case. We will then set up a time when the technician will call you to discuss your problem. We will do all this within 24 hours. We will then send a follow up e-mail to make sure you are satisfied with your consultation and let you know how much of your yearly 3 hour allotment and the number of conflict resolutions you have used.
Remember marine technicians do not answer phones they fix boats, which is the reason for call back system.
